These terms govern your use of Whisperall. Please read them before using the app.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Whisperall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Your account
You keep your account and password secure. You give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity on your account.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Whisperall to break the law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software, attempt to reverse engineer the service or get around usage limits. If you record other people, ask for their consent where the law requires it.
4. Intellectual property
Whisperall, its original content and its features belong to Whisperall. What you create with the service, such as transcripts, notes and translations, is yours.
5. Paid plans
Paid plans are processed by a payment processor or an authorized reseller. That provider may handle charges, taxes, invoices, refunds, subscription management and compliance checks. Whisperall uses your subscription status to turn on your plan and credits.
6. Liability
Whisperall is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from its use, including loss of data or interruption of your work.
7. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to hello@whisperall.com. Once it is closed, your right to use the service ends.
8. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will tell you about meaningful changes by email or inside the app. If you keep using the service after the change, you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
