Yes. Notes, tasks, flows and the graph are free forever, with no card. The AI uses credits, and the Free plan gives you 150 credits once to try it.
No. Instead of a trial there is the Free plan, with no time limit and 150 credits to try the AI. When you want more, choose a paid plan.
The notebook keeps working. Only the AI pauses until your credits renew or you change plans. Nothing is locked or deleted.
No. Paid plans renew your credits every month, and the ones you do not use do not carry over to the next month.
On the secure Stripe page. Payments go through Stripe Managed Payments: Link, from Stripe, is the seller and emails you the receipts, and the charge shows under the name Link on your statement. Whisperall never sees or stores your card details.
Yes. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and already include taxes.
No. Every plan is monthly, and you can change plans or cancel whenever you want.
Whenever you want, from Plan and billing in your account. If you cancel, you keep your plan and credits until the end of the month you paid for, and then you move to Free. Your notes stay with you.
Your dictations and meetings are saved to your disk as you speak, so nothing is lost if something fails and you can transcribe them again. To transcribe, the audio is sent to the cloud. The files and links you transcribe are kept with their note so you can play them back.
